Co-Creation Partners facilitated a two-day event for 25 business leaders to learn about how to shift a culture from one based in fear to one based in joy and human connection and improve organizational performance. The event included: -Visit to Menlo Innovations to study their work environment and philosophy of the business value of joy -Visit to BASF to learn about how they added a deep focus on culture to improve their operational excellence and lean efforts -Visit to the Ford Rouge factory to study Ford’s legacy of innovation in operations and have dinner with Henry “Sonny” Ford, the great grandson of Henry Ford -Various collaborative working sessions with the Co-Creation Team to explore issues on participants’ minds and to reflect on how the right approaches to culture and lean transformations can create sustained business impact
